We had veggies out the yin yang last night. Roasted beets, onions, sweet potatoes and regular potatoes on a bed of arugula topped with a mustard sauce. Accompanied with sautéed Brussels sprouts with walnut oil and chopped walnuts that were topped with cheese, and a side of cheesy bread. (Australian cheddar makes me holla. Buy it at yer local Kroger today!)
For dessert we had hot tea and petit ecolier 76% dark chocolate cookies. They taste way better when pronounced with an extreme French accent (oui).
