-can of white beans drained and rinsed
-handful/cup/whatever you have of fresh basil leaves
-2 cloves garlic
-salt to taste
-juice of a lemon (and it does actually taste better to have it freshly squoze than from a giant bottle of lemon. Trust me, I've done it both ways)
-2 tablespoons tahini
-2 tablespoons olive oil (optional. It makes it creamier and smoother but it is entirely edible without the oil as well)
Whizz everything together. Enjoy. Eat for dinner for the third night this week.
